Hootsuite is one of the tools I use to manage my social media profiles and this includes various tasks such as tweeting, posting messages to Facebook, scheduling tweets and messages, tracking mentions and certain keywords and engaging with people. I could go on and on about everything that Hootsuite has to offer and can do to help your social media efforts on both a personal and business level but I wont. I want to share something else.
A couple of days ago, Hootsuite put out a video showing how their dashboard helped a baker share information about what she had on offer and connect with a student who took up the offer and shared it with his network. A serious of other interactions after this event then lead to a subsequent increase in business for the baker and this was done all via Hootsuite. Watch the video:

Thanks for stopping by! I really liked the video, it showed how easy it is to use Social Media and HootSuite to give a business a boost. I say this because there are still a number of people out there still wondering how social media can work for their business; this video would be a perfect start.
By the way, I spotted the easter eggs!
I knew about Hootsuite about a year ago, but I didn’t start using it until last month. Now I can truly say, I’m hooked. It’s definitely a huge time-saver and makes all my social media accounts more effective/productive. That video is great too!
Thanks for stopping by Carrie. I have played around with a number of social media management tools but nothing beats Hootsuite. And, they are getting better and better with all the apps they are continually adding on. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
